We engage with and have supply chain partners, involved in delivering our projects outside  the European Union.  If we share any of your data with these partners, we will inform you.  We only engage with supply chain partners who have signed up to our Data Security and Data Protection standards, therefore EU legislative protection continues to apply to your data and information security

We also have to comply with requirements of the Proceeds of Crime Act  (POCA)2002 and the various  Money Laundering Regulations published since the POCA 2002 was published.  This Act and Regulations might contain provisions that supersede provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998
